Anoosha
Anoosha has always been a sports enthusiast. She was a national level swimmer back in school and participated in a wide variety of sports including basketball and running. She continued to be physically active all throughout her corporate career, but only discovered weightlifting when COVID hit. She fell in love with strength training, continuing throughout her pregnancy and postpartum, and was so inspired she decided to get certified and start training people to create more awareness about the benefits of strength training – particularly for pre/postnatal women and seniors.
Anoosha’s strength lies in being able to motivate her clients inside and outside the gym, encouraging them to break free of any self-limiting beliefs. She specialises in weight loss, strength training, muscle building, post/pre-natal fitness and running performance.
