Ashley has been interested in fitness from a young age, with PE classes always being her favourite back at school. She especially realised the importance of staying fit and healthy when COVID hit and was motivated to dive deeper into understanding more about exercise and its benefits.
To Ashley, being fit and healthy means being able to feel good while doing the things she loves, and being able to maintain a good quality of life as she gets older.
She loves finding ways to make exercise and training enjoyable for her clients and is passionate about supporting them in achieving their goals. Ashely specialises in strength and conditioning for all ages.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Science and Management
