Bernice
Bernice has been involved in sports from a young age, including netball, basketball, and judo. She was inspired to pursue a career as a Physiotherapist after she experienced firsthand how proper rehab could eliminate pain when she was recovering from a knee injury.
With experience in an acute hospital setting, Bernice knows how important it is for clients to seek timely care and identify early on whether urgent medical attention is necessary. She prioritises educating clients so they can better understand their bodies and loves seeing the change in their physical and mental wellbeing during recovery.
Bernice has experience treating a wide range of conditions, including acute slipped disc, pre and post operative care, polytrauma, geriatrics, managing patients in the outpatient setting and sports rehabilitation, pre and post operative rehabilitation, and spinal related conditions.
