As a busy working mum of 2 children, Cara understands the challenges of balancing motherhood and fitness. She is passionate about empowering mums to prioritize their well-being, and help them to exercise safely before and after pregnancy.
As a sports fanatic from a young age, Cara understands the importance of coaching her clients to move mindfully, train sustainably and live pain-free to ensure they enjoy their sports better.
She is also a certified Rehab Trainer who has recovered from a UCL injury (elbow ligament tear from a cycling accident) and knee issues, so can empathise and coach clients going through rehab on stretching, myofascial loosening techniques and muscle activation exercises.
Cara is highly motivating, friendly and designs carefully curated programs to help women achieve their fitness goals and lead a healthy lifestyle. She finds joy in celebrating wins with her clients!
