Cheryl firmly believes in promoting movement longevity and aspires for her patients to understand the importance of leading an active lifestyle that adds value to their long-term health.
With her extensive experience from working in KK Women's and Children's Hospital, Cheryl is well-versed in treating musculoskeletal women's health as well as pediatric conditions - specialising in the management of Idiopathic Scoliosis.
Having a background in sports allows Cheryl to understand the demands of athletes. She focuses on injury prevention and provides holistic care by drawing on her expertise in Pilates and dry needling.
Out of work, Cheryl carves time out to train to ensure that she can keep up with the demands of her job, role as a mother, and her love for the great outdoors. She is otherwise eating pancakes with her two young ones!
Cheryl speaks Mandarin & English.
