Chloe
Chloe has been active from a young age, participating in a wide range of sports – from basketball to football, athletics, tennis, and horse riding. She is particularly passionate about basketball, having played competitively both in Singapore and in the UK where she completed her Sports and Exercise Science degree.
To Chloe, being fit and healthy extends beyond physical exercise, with mental and emotional health being equally important. She takes an empathetic and adaptable approach with her clients, building good rapport and ensuring the gym floor feels like a safe space and somewhere clients can walk out feeling better than they did when they came in.
Chloe specialises in strength and conditioning for athletes (both youth and adult) across all levels of performance, return-to-play strength training, and injury rehabilitation.
