David
With 7 years experience working in private and public clinical practice in Australia and Singapore, David has largely worked with post-operative clients and clients with chronic illness, drawing up exercise plans to improve their physiology progressively through realistic goals. He is a firm believer that 'exercise is medicine', because exercise is the poly-pill that can target multiple body systems simultaneously without any side effects.
David's background in competitive dragon boating instilled in him the importance of strength and conditioning for performance and injury prevention. He's a strong advocate of education and believes in educating clients to align their understanding on their underlying conditions or weaknesses so that the exercise plan can be targeted and made more effective. Whether you are on a rehabilitation journey or looking to improve your overall health, David will work with you to develop a personalized plan that helps you reach your full potential.
