Dean
Dean is a physiotherapist with a passion for fitness and a deep appreciation for the journey of personal growth. Inspired by his colleagues, he began his fitness journey in 2024, setting small goals that turned into big achievements. From completing HYROX Men’s Doubles in 1:16 to running a 10km in 48:04 and a half marathon in 1:58:47, Dean has learned the value of perseverance and smart training. Now, he’s taking on his next challenge - a sub-4-hour marathon.
Having faced his own battles with injuries—including lower back pain that caused weakness and sensation loss, recurring shoulder instability, and ankle instability, Dean brings a deep empathy and firsthand understanding to his practice. These challenges have fueled his passion for guiding clients through recovery and empowering them to come back stronger. He’s not just a physiotherapist, but also a cheerleader for his clients’ journey, celebrating their wins and supporting them through the challenges.
Dean combines soft tissue techniques, tailored exercise programs, and education to not only aid recovery but also build strength and resilience. Drawing from his own experiences, he helps clients recover and return stronger, whether refining running form, easing chronic pain, or crafting return-to-sport plans.
