Donald’s fitness journey began when a friend introduced him to powerlifting, which piqued his interest in strength training. He also worked alongside a physiotherapist after he graduated, which further enriched his knowledge in prehabilitation and post-injury recovery.
Donald believes in finding a balance between enjoyment and well-being, building consistent lifestyle habits without rigid restrictions, as life is too short to miss out on what brings you happiness!
With a strong understanding of assessing and adapting movement patterns, Donald specialises in injury prevention and rehabilitation, helping his clients overcome existing niggles and build their strength so they can bulletproof themselves from future injury. He also has experience working with athletes in both pre- and post-competition phases, ensuring they reach peak performance.

- American Council on Exercise (ACE), Certified Personal Trainer
- Standard First Aid (CPR + AED)
