Dylan
Dylan is deeply passionate about all things physiotherapy, guided by his therapy mantra: “Movement is necessary for life, and life inspires that movement!” He is often found reading the latest research or empowering his clients with up-to-date evidence tailored to their conditions.
Before joining UFIT, Dylan spent eight years as a generalist physiotherapist in a public hospital, where he developed a profound understanding of how the body’s systems interact and influence each other. This nuanced knowledge of human physiology enabled him to excel in identifying and addressing the root cause of health issues and musculoskeletal injuries, with a focus on preventing recurrence.
Dylan’s current passion lies in championing longevity through coaching and biohacking, helping clients add years to their life and life to their years! Outside of work, he enjoys playing sports alongside individuals with disabilities and staying fit by doing a farmer’s carry with his two kids, one on each arm!
“If a man is to live, he must be all alive, body, soul, mind, heart, spirit.”
