Honey
Honey has been dancing since the age of five, making fitness an essential part of optimizing her performance in the sport. Her personal journey, including overcoming dance-related injuries, sparked her understanding of how critical fitness is for injury prevention and helping athletes stay in their sport longer and more safely.
To Honey, fitness and health go far beyond just the physical. They embody a balance of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, working together to make you feel your absolute best inside and out. Her personal fitness goal? To show up consistently for herself and push her potential with every training session.
As a trainer, Honey’s greatest strength lies in her attention to detail and her dedication to her clients' goals, well-being, and mental state. She specializes in working with dancers, combining her deep understanding of movement and injury prevention to help clients thrive.
What Honey loves most about her work is the personal connections she builds and the pride she feels in witnessing her clients’ growth and improvement—both on and off the dance floor.
