Jade is a Senior Physiotherapist with a special interest in spinal conditions and pain management. Passionate about physical and mental challenges, Jade has transitioned from CrossFit to triathlons after falling in love with cycling during COVID. This sparked a new passion for the variety and endurance triathlons offers, culminating in the completion of a Full Ironman in October 2024.
Jade has extensive experience working with professional and semi-professional rugby players and high-level CrossFit athletes. She specialises in helping clients continue training while working around injuries, ensuring they can stay active and achieve their goals.
