Jade is a Senior Physiotherapist with a keen interest in Spinal conditions and pain. With a penchant for physical and mental challenges, Jade’s love for exercising and CrossFit allows her to cope with the stress of everyday life, and of recent has transitioned over to triathlons and enjoying the variety this sport has to offer. Her extensive portfolio runs the gamut from professional and semi-professional rugby players to beginner and elite gymnasts and high-level competing CrossFit athletes, to name a few. Comfortable in managing patients with acute/traumatic and chronic/overuse injuries, Jade’s experience in injury prevention strategies utilizing training modification and strength and conditioning has helped them return to their sport and activity. Naturally sociable and full of energy, Jade derives satisfaction from helping her patients recover and return to their activities.
