Jennifer has always led an active lifestyle. She loves the outdoors, a good sweat and connecting with people. She believes movement is medicine and hopes to inspire those around her to get into fitness and reap the benefits of making healthy choices. She also wants to empower more women to get comfortable lifting weights.
Jennifer’s strength as a coach lies in being attentive, patient, and empathetic, always looking to form deep connections to help clients achieve their goals through light-hearted and focused sessions. She specialises in strength and cardio conditioning, resistance, and functional training and finds immense joy in witnessing her clients’ physical transformation and mindset shift.
