Jovan first stepped into gym to be a better athlete, having played sports - badminton, basketball and rugby. He fell in love with working out due to its goal-oriented and disciplined nature. Jovan believes that the body is a reflection of your lifestyle - cultivating consistent habits to be the best version of you. He has competed in bodybuilding and aspires to pursue Natural Bodybuilding.
Jovan utilizes an active approach to rehabilitate clients to optimal function and beyond. He tailors individual recovery programs specific to needs and constantly tweaks them along the way. Passionate about empowering clients to take charge of their own health, Jovan shares his extensive knowledge. As a physiotherapist, he feels accomplished witnessing clients incorporating fitness into their lifestyle, fall in love with the process of bettering themselves and achieving their best life after recovery.
