Jovan's journey into fitness began with a desire to become a better athlete, having competed in sports like badminton, basketball, and rugby. What started as a pursuit to enhance his athletic performance soon evolved into a deep passion for working out, drawn to its goal-oriented and disciplined nature. He believes that the body is a direct reflection of one’s lifestyle and that cultivating consistent, positive habits is the key to becoming the best version of oneself.
With experience in a variety of training modalities, Jovan brings a dynamic, multifaceted approach to his work. As a physiotherapist, he specializes in functional fitness and sports rehabilitation, helping clients recover to optimal function and beyond. Jovan tailors individualized recovery programs, continuously adjusting them to ensure progress, while empowering clients to take ownership of their health.
