Kavan is passionate about empowering people to stay active through injury by educating them on how the body functions. His approach combines manual techniques alongside client-centred exercise prescription to improve function.
Stemming from his clinical experience in powerlifting/gym injuries, sports injuries, community healthcare, disability/neurological, and working interstate, Kavan has treated a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, ages, and complex/specific populations - with an underlying mission of helping people achieve their goals. A former high-level athlete in basketball, athletics and touch football, Kavan advocates for all forms of exercise and excels in tailoring resistance training programs.
