With a wealth of experience in various nutrition fields, including clinical nutrition in hospitals, research, e-commerce food products, and public health, Kesslyn is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their health goals through sustainable lifestyle changes. She takes an empathetic approach, taking time to understand each client's lifestyle, habits, goals and challenges.
Kesslyn has a strong interest in promoting healthy eating habits in children from an early age, as this lays the groundwork for lifelong wellness. She loves helping mothers make informed choices during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and supports clients with personalized weight management strategies. She also enjoys creating healthy, delicious recipes that make nutritious eating enjoyable and accessible, and educating clients on product label reading.
