Khai
Khai is a personal trainer who got into health and fitness through his love of sports. He picked up rugby when he was 16 and has been playing for the Singapore Wanderers Rugby Club for over 10 years. A personable coach who loves helping people transform their mental and physical health, Khai believes understanding change psychology will bring further effectiveness to his clients' training program, especially to their time outside the gym.
Khai recently picked up Muay Thai to keep himself motivated to train regularly. His self-motivation mantra? 'Focus on success rather than fearing failure'.
