Kimberly
Through competitive involvement in artistic gymnastics and track and field growing up, Kimberly understands the importance of physiotherapy firsthand. Witnessing how physio helped her manage her own sports injuries sparked a passion for this field and its ability to improve not just athletic performance but overall function and wellbeing.
Kimberly takes the time to truly understand her clients' goals and motivations, going beyond just the physical aspects of an injury. Her strength lies in creating a collaborative approach, empowering her clients with knowledge about their bodies and providing them with the tools they need to not only recover but prevent future injuries.
Kimberly specalises in working with athletes and dancers for injury rehabilitation and prevention. She also has experience treating a range of neurological, post-operative, geriatrics and musculoskeletal conditions.
"When you're moving toward an objective, it's important to pay attention to the road. It's the road that teaches us the best way to get there, and the road enriches us as we walk its length."
