Kiwi
Kiwi has been involved in sports from a young age – having danced on ballet stages and fenced at HFCL in North Germany. Currently, she’s channelling her energy into running a half-marathon!
To Kiwi, maintaining health is the key to accomplishing tasks independently and fostering a fulfilling, long life. Her strength as a trainer lies in having experience both in technical sports and physiotherapy. With a deep understanding of anatomy and functional movements, she specializes in tailoring training programs for a diverse range of activities like daily life routines, running, fencing, tennis, and pilates.
She loves being part of clients’ physical and mental transformations and finds immense joy in making a positive impact on their health and overall well-being.
Kiwi’s expertise include rehabilitation, body composition, and empowering individuals based on their unique backgrounds and daily activities.


Qualifications
- B.A. in Physiotherapy in Germany
- Diploma in Strength and Conditioning training for back ailments
- Certified in Sport Medicine (in progress)
- Certified Mindfulness Trainer
- Certified APPI Pilates Instructor
- Battle Cancer Program Level 1 Certification
