Nada
Nada is a Senior Physiotherapist with an expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and pain management. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc (Distinction) in Clinical Management of Pain from the University of Edinburgh.
With a strong foundation in both clinical and sports physiotherapy, Nada has worked at KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital, specializing in paediatric and adolescent musculoskeletal care, and has served as team Physiotherapist for the Singapore national rugby teams. Additionally, she has played an integral role on medical teams as the Immediate Care Lead for major international tournaments, including the HSBC Rugby 7s Singapore and SCC 7s International.
Nada's interest in chronic pain management has shaped her approach to physiotherapy into a holistic one that is tailored to each individual through a combination of education, manual therapy, and exercise therapy. She is passionate about promoting movement for individuals of all ages and fitness levels, to empower them to achieve their goals.
Outside of her professional work, Nada is an avid Muay Thai practitioner and competitor, and also has a background as a sprinter and hurdler.
