Nicholas
Nicholas graduated from Singapore Institute of Technology and attained full registration with Singapore’s Allied Health Professions Council. He is passionate about helping people manage and overcome their pain through manual therapy, exercise, and education in line with current research evidence, incorporating strength and conditioning principles to get them back to their daily activities and sports.
Nicholas has experience treating patients with acute and chronic pain, post-surgery as well as stroke and Parkinson's’ disease. He strives to provide patient-centred care by taking a holistic and empathetic approach. He knows rehabilitation is not always an easy journey, so he aims to understand his clients’ physical and psychosocial needs to come up with an agreed plan, leading to optimal care and outcomes.
In his own time, Nicholas competes in powerlifting competitions and co-founded a powerlifting club where he teaches both beginners and advanced lifters with their technique, exercise programming and injury management.
Nicholas speaks Mandarin & English.
