Nicholas
Nicholas is a Physiotherapist with a primary interest in both operative and non-operative sports injuries as well as hip, knee, foot and ankle conditions.
His main passion is working with athletes of all sports - he aims to be the bridge between clinical recovery in early rehabilitation and returning to high level sport performance through strength and conditioning.
Nicholas obtained his Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) from the Singapore Institute of Technology in 2021, and has worked with the Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic Department in Tan Tock Seng Hospital, where he worked mainly with post-operative hip and knee patients.
Nicholas was the physiotherapist for the Singapore Ultimate Frisbee Open's team in the World Ultimate Championship (WUC) in 2024, help in Gold Coast Australia.
He has also covered an array of sports events, such as Handball Supercup, HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series, Rugby Union matches for Bucks and Saints, and Disc Knights Ultimate Frisbee Club for Asian Oceanic Ultimate & Guts Championship 2023 in Manila. He also competes in the Ultimate Frisbee club scene with Chuckies. When not training, Nicholas enjoys hitting the gym, programming workouts and reading.
