Sahail
Sahail is a senior physiotherapist and the clinical lead at UFIT one-north. Graduating from La Trobe University Australia in 2017 with a Bachelor in Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy Practice, Sahail began his clinical journey in various settings at the National University Hospital (NUH). This included a stint in the musculoskeletal and sports outpatients department, with a special interest in postoperative care.
With extensive experience working with athletes across different life stages, Sahail has developed a huge interest in martial arts. Previously serving as the physiotherapist for the Singapore Taekwondo Federation, he continues to be deeply involved in sports. Outside of his professional practice, he practices submission wrestling and represented Wrestling Federation of Singapore in the 2018 Southeast Asian Championship.
A firm believer in patient-centered care, Sahail truly believes that a therapeutic alliance formed between the client and the healthcare professional is paramount. He takes an active approach with rehabilitation, utilising various types of exercises to guide clients back to function and sports
