Valerie
After working in Financial Services Recruitment and Software Tech Sales, Val decided to give up corporate life and follow her passion for health and fitness by becoming a personal trainer. She loves connecting with people (especially women) and helping them acquire as much knowledge as they can about safe, enjoyable and sustainable ways to incorporate fitness and nutrition into their busy lives. Seeing her clients’ confidence grow and playing a key role in them taking charge of their lives is what she finds the most rewarding.
Val specialises in strength training for pre/postnatal women, gen pop, seniors and intermediate athletes, as well as Olympic weightlifting for beginners and golf-specific fitness.
Val loves CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, playing golf, drinking coffee and natural wine (in moderation!) and dogs. She lived and studied in the UK for 3 years, graduating from the university of Warwick, with a First Class Honors Degree.
