UFIT Recipe: Zesty Green Morning Smoothie

Quick and refreshing, easy to make, get a serving of greens all at the same time!

Smoothies are a quick an easy way to get some greens into you first thing in the morning. Often smoothies can get bad rap as being very high in sugar, but why don’t you give this Zesty little number a go if you are finding it hard to eat your greens! You can also add any type of berries for your mini me’s too!

Ingredients

  • ½ Cucumber
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • ½ Lemon
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 6 ice cubes

 

Method

  1. Just blend it all up!
