At 110 kilograms, Luke found himself at a crossroads. The weight he carried was more than just physical; it bore heavily on his health and overall well-being. Stress, induced by a demanding job, drove him toward unhealthy eating and drinking habits, resulting in his heaviest weight and a range of health issues.

## The need to shift to a healthier life

Identified as pre-diabetic and dealing with liver function problems,  Luke realised something needed a to change . He started working with UFIT Coach, Harry, who devised a comprehensive plan, encompassing not just physical training but a holistic approach to his well-being. 

Today, the difference is astonishing. Luke's transformation is more than just a change in numbers - he has completely changed his lifestyle habits and diet and has seen huge mental benefits too. He's surpassed expectations, shedding 30 kilograms and reducing his body fat percentage from 32% to an impressive 16.2%, as well as dropping his visceral fat score from 17 to 6. Amazing work Luke, we can't wait to see what more you can achieve!
