What is Eat, Sleep, Move, Repeat Challenge?
About The Challenge
Eat, Sleep, Move, Repeat is a 28 day health and fitness challenge that teaches and facilitates healthier lifestyle habits in an engaging, challenging, and supportive way. You'll get nutrition guidelines provided by our registered dietitian, designed to both support your changes in body composition, while also giving you energy to perform at your best throughout the day, plus tips on how to improve your sleep hygiene, and so much more.
THE AIM OF THE CHALLENGE IS:
- To improve your body composition (specifically reduce your body fat % and increase your skeletal muscle mass)
- To move every day by either completing a workout or walking 8,000 steps
- Improve your overall health and wellbeing, including your sleep, gut health and mindset around food
How are these measured?
At the start and end of the challenge, you will come in for a body composition assessment at one of our locations using our in-body scanner.
Your movement will be tracked via the challenge app or by your wearable (Garmin, Fitbit and Apple watch are supported).
How do you win?
The overall winner will be the participant who has made the biggest improvement in their body composition (ie lost the highest % of body fat and gained the most muscle mass), however to qualify as a winner, participants will need to achieve a certain number of points in the month.
Every time you walk 8,000 steps and/or complete a workout, you will receive 10 points. The goal is to hit 280 points in 28 days. Those who achieve this will be eligible to win the overall challenge.

Ellie
Ellie is a HCPC Registered Dietitian from the UK. Since studying Nutrition and Dietetics at Plymouth University and achieving her Honours Degree in 2019, she has gained ample experience in both acute and community settings within the public health sector (NHS) and privately.
After altering her own diet to help manage her acne and IBS, Ellie has experienced first-hand the life-changing effects of a personalised, balanced diet. She will be conducting all the nutrition seminars and providing her support and expertise throughout the challenge.

FAQs
We highly encourage participants to attend as many seminars (and workouts) as they can, as they are specially curated to equip you with the knowledge to do well for this challenge. Plus, you'll get to meet other challenge members!
When you sign up for this challenge, you will be automatically added to a community group chat on the UFIT Coaching app. During the challenge, our in-house health & fitness experts and registered Dietitian will be on hand to answer any challenge related questions you have.
In addition to that, you'll be given weekly mini challenges and a daily exercise program to do at home to push you to be more active during this period.
There will only be recordings of the online seminars. The in-person ones won't be recorded, however we will share a recap of what the seminar covered with all participants via the app.
We'll use the participants' Inbody assessment results to determine the winners. The male and female who have made the biggest change to their body fat percentage and skeletal muscle mass during the 28 days of the challenge will be crowned the winners. However to qualify as winners, participants must accumulate 280 points during the 28 days. They can do this by either walking 8,000 steps or doing a workout - both of which will score them 10 points.
We will also have mini prizes to recognise other forms of achievements throughout the challenge.
No, this is not mandatory! However if you do have a Garmin, Fitbit or Apple watch, we recommend syncing it with the UFIT Coaching app so you can automatically log your workouts and daily steps. Otherwise, you can manually log these on the app.

The challenge starts on 6 April and ends on 4 May.
To redeem the class credits, you'll need to download the UFIT class app and create an account. We will then manually add the credits to your account.
