Pre-Post Natal

Youth Athletic Development
Our personal trainers have huge amounts of experience in professional and elite level youth training, working with younger athletes to push their performance to new levels, to develop their bodies in the right areas, and to avoid chronic and long-term injuries due to over-training. The most important aspect of any youth training program is movement quality: from Day One youth athletes should be learning the correct movement patterns and technique to build upon for the rest of their lives. Once they have mastered the skills, they will progress to building strength, speed and power to approach their own sports and life with more confidence and conviction. Meet a UFIT fitness professional at one of our hubs for a complimentary 45-minute health and fitness consultation. We will set your goals in place using the effective 1-3-5 method, which will leave you feeling motivated to get started.
Once you have committed, we will share your goals, needs and health metrics with your chosen personal trainer. They will then design a highly individualised training program, recommending which other UFIT professionals you should see as part of this, based on your specific needs.
Get onboarded onto the UFIT coaching app and start your personal training program with your chosen coach. We will check in with you every 12 sessions to track your progress and ensure you are on the way to achieving what you set out to.
