Forget fad diets and quick fixes. Our 10-week Ignition Program is a focused, holistic program to help you move, feel and perform better for the long term. Think personal training, but better.
We won't make you go on a low-fat diet or completely cut out carbs to get short-term results. Instead we help you implement healthy, sustainable habits.
What's included in the program?
Here's everything you'll get during the 10 week program.
Our in-body machines provide insight into key health metrics like your body fat percentage, muscle mass, and visceral fat levels. Knowing this will help us set benchmarks and measure your progress throughout. We recommend doing a scan at the beginning, middle and end of the 10 weeks, however these are not compulsory.
Based on your goals, one of our experienced coaches will design a personalised PT program for you, leading 2-3 sessions a week at one of our hub locations.
Our Exercise Physiologist will guide you through a comprehensive V02 Max Fitness Test, which measures your baseline fitness level and a Resting Metabolic Rate Assessment, which measures how many calories you burn at rest and provides key insights into your metabolic health. Based on your goals, your coach will recommend which assessment best complements the rest of your program.
Alongside 2-3 Personal Training sessions a week, you'll have unlimited access to all the indoor and outdoor classes we have on offer, like mobility, cardio, strength, power and tennis burn. Your coach will recommend which classes best complement your program and goals.

I've been training at the One North location, and I really like that it's a private gym and every person is working with their own trainer 1-on-1... which means to me that there are no intimidating people who eyeball you if you're doing an exercise wrong. 4 STEPS TO IGNITE YOUR GREATNESS
Meet a UFIT fitness professional at one of our hubs for a complimentary 45-minute health and fitness consultation. We will set your goals in place using the effective 1-3-5 method, which will leave you feeling motivated to get started.
Once you’ve committed, we will share your goals, needs and health metrics with your chosen personal trainer. They will then design a highly individualised training program, recommending which other UFIT professionals you should see as part of this, based on your specific needs.

The Ignition Program has a 10 week expiry from the date of your first session.
The 10-week Ignition Program is a fixed price. You will have to pay for this upfront, however you can use Atome to pay in installments.
You are matched with your PT on the following criteria:
- Your goals
- Your preferred training style, for example you might prefer strength-based barbell work, a more functional style, or more cardio-based workouts
- Your availability
- Your trainer preference, for example you might prefer a male or female personal trainer
Don’t worry if you’re not sure about some of these - we will walk you through all these steps in your health consultation!
You can use any of our locations as part of the 10 week program. You will start initially at your preferred location with your primary coach who will do your programming for you, but you are able to see any other coach for a different 1-1 service.
Yes of course, however this is not included in the program. If you need to see one of our Physios or health clinicians, you can speak to the front desk to make an appointment for an additional fee.
Unfortunately the Ignition Program is just available for 1-1 clients.
