PRIVATE TENNIS LESSONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

We periodically update the Terms & Conditions. We will post any changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice by sending you an email notification.

While we will notify you of any material changes to this Terms & Conditions prior to the changes becoming effective, we encourage you to review this Terms & Conditions periodically.

AVAILABLITY

Lesson availability is subject to court and coach availability.

NO REFUNDS, NO TRANSFER

Lesson fee is non-refundable and non-transferable towards any other service. Lesson redeemable only at Fairmont Hotel

CANCELLATION POLICY

Company reserves the right to cancel an existing booking if urgently needed. 24 hours cancellation policy (Lesson cannot be cancelled within 24 hours)

PACKAGE EXPIRY

• 5 hours package expiry is 3 months from the date of purchase.
• 10 hours package expiry is 6 months from the date of purchase.

WET WEATHER POLICY

In case of rain, the coach will liaise with the client an hour before the lesson to reschedule the lesson.

NO SHOW POLICY

No show will be considered as lesson redeemed.

COVID PROTOCOL

We are strictly following the protocol set by the MOH. This includes small groups of 4 players per court, NO contact rule, Masks worn when not playing tennis, NO mixing of groups and coaches and sanitizers available on all courts.
