Nathalie openly shared that she had never enjoyed working out in the past. Memories of signing up for gym memberships and personal training sessions, only to avoid them entirely, haunted her. “So it's something that I look forward to by taking my sessions like it. Lucy and Tsvety are kind of like my therapist at this point, you know, like that one hour session with them where we've gotten to know each other, I've been going here since 2019. It's really a form of self-care, like mentally, emotionally and physically for me. So that really changed a lot of things, but I've actually been really grateful to have the chance to train and work with Nathalie.”

Through her personal training journey, Nathalie gained invaluable insights and learned important lessons. One of the most significant realizations was that balance looks different for everyone. She understood the danger of comparing herself to others and acknowledged that self-love and self-care are personal journeys.
